Our Menu reflects our garden and what is available seasonally
“Who knew vegetables could sing like this?
This six-course vegetarian dinner doesn’t just satisfy—it dazzles. The first bite, which was fresh Macalla Farm bread with 3 styles of whipped butter, created flavours that elevate and we could say, we were satiated already….
it becomes clear by the 2nd plate, there is nothing missing here, only more to discover.
Each course arrives —thoughtfully composed, quietly bold.
The beet boroni, with its deep, jewel-toned sweetness and gentle tang, is a revelation in balance. Paired with a still-warm, fresh-off-the-griddle chapati, it’s comfort and craft in one breath. Dishes move effortlessly between the delicate and the robust—and textures that keep unfolding.
There’s no need to mention what’s absent—this meal doesn’t aim to replace. It redefines. It celebrates the beauty of what grows, with imagination, soul, and a deep respect for the plate.
Come hungry, leave changed. A meal that touches each cell in a way that roots you into the place.
We will be back again!”
